Preparing the Lesson

Preparing for the Sunday morning session takes time, and it is best to spread that time over the entire week so that the Holy Spirit has opportunity to call experiences, illustrations, and other ideas to our attention. Often the events of the morning news will illustrate next week’s lesson, and provide familiar ground to introduce the class to the topic as well as support its relevance to life.
This slide provides a suggested schedule, moving from the general to the specific throughout the week.
