Another name for God that tells us more about Him is “Jehovah Rophe” — the God who Heals Us. This week we will learn about Naaman, who wasn’t even an Israelite, but who learned about the God who Heals and made a trip to Israel to find healing from his leprosey. One story I found on the internet about Naaman was titled “Seven Ducks in Muddy Water.” Come Sunday to find out why that makes a good title for the story.
Thanks, boys and girls, for learning with us each week…this year’s class is a terrific group, and I appreciate your enthusiasm and attention. We will keep having fun together as we learn about the Bible and about God’s love.
