The first thing the Israelites encountered after leaving Egypt was getting trapped between the Pharoah’s army and the Red Sea. It may have seemed that God was not taking care of them, but He definitely was! He was going to demonstrate His power and His care for His people to the Israelites, to Egypt, and to all the countries in the area, who learned about what God did for Israel.
This week we’ll take a good look at the miracle God performed. We’ll have a drama to act out to help us remember the story, as well as some other creative approaches to getting a new view on a story you know.
You won’t want to miss this Sunday’s class, Don’t forget to bring your Thanksgiving bags with food to share with needy families, and of course feel free to bring a friend!
