Next Sunday is the Sunday before Christmas, and we will be celebrating Jesus’ birthday with our class Christmas party (complete with refreshments, games, and gifts). We will also be viewing a special Christmas video from the Visual Bible for Kids series, titled “The Birth of Jesus.” We don’t normally see the entire video, but this one is special.
Don’t forget to bring in a bag of wrapped hard candy to add to our Party Box which will be sent to our missionaries—so they can have a party for the kids in their mission field.
Please remember to praise God for sending His Son, Jesus, to earth to be born, so that we can learn what it really means to live as God intended and so that Jesus could give His life to pay the penalty for your sins and for mine. It’s a great time of year to celebrate and praise God for His love!
