Jesus, the Savior

Unit Thrust
As we look forward to Easter on April 24, we will study Peter's great confession that Jesus is the Son of God; the miracle of raising Lazarus from the dead, Jesus' Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem as King; and on Easter we will celebrate His Crucifixion and Resurrection.

April 3: Jesus, God's Son

	Scripture: Matthew 16:13-20
	Memory Verse: You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God! -- Matthew 16:16
	Life Application: I can know and tell others that Jesus is God's Son.

April 10: Jesus, the Miracle Worker

	Scripture: John 11:1-44
	Memory Verse: You are great and perform wonders; You alone are God. -- Psalm 86:10
	Life Application: I can know that Jesus does miracles.

April 17: Jesus, the King

	Scripture: Matthew 21:1-11
	Memory Verse: Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord. -- Luke 19:38
	Life Application: I can praise Jesus, God's Son.

April 24: Jesus, the Savior

	Scripture: Matthew 26:36-28:10
	Memory Verse: The Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. -- 1 John 4:14
	Life Application: I can trust Jesus as my Savior when the Holy Spirit prompts me to.
